Our Land Rover 101FC is an ex Royal Artillery gun tractor, made in 1975.
It was originally designed to tow a field gun and a tonne of ammunition and other equipment in the rear load space, giving it the alternative name of the Land Rover One Tonne. A 101 of this type was used for Lord Mountbatten's state funeral.
Our 101FC can be used to transport your loved one's coffin at the funeral, as well as 1 passenger in the cab.
Waterproof side screens are available.
A Land Rover 101FC like ours, belonging to the Life Guards, took the coffin of Lord Louis Mountbatten of Burma to Waterloo Station during his state funeral in 1979. Below are some photos of the truck being used in the funeral.
Also available is our Rapier Missile Resupply Trailer.
When attached to the Land Rover 101FC, this Rapier Missile Resupply Trailer can be used to carry your loved one's coffin, allowing room for up to 6 passengers in the truck.
Waterproof side screens are available.
Our 1955 Austin Champ is British version of the American Jeep and can be part of the funeral procession, carrying up to 3 passengers.
Our Champ is also available for weddings, filming, and photoshoots. Please get in touch for more information.
